MTM Day 8: REVIEW of The Rockstar and His Fangirl

Day 8 of Marian Tee Mania, and we're about to wrap up another love story. Whew! Time flies so fast when you're having fun. 

 

The past couple of days we reviewed When Fangirls Lie and When Fangirls Cry. Parts 1 and 2 of the How Not to be Seduced by Rockstars series. Today we'll talk about a short side story of Staffan and Saffi titled The Rockstar and His Fangirl.

SYNOPSIS:

Saffi March used to be “just” a fangirl of rock star Staffan Aehrenthal, who's also known as Sweden’s #1 Sex God and one of The Pussketeers, a world-famous trio of billionaire best friends. 

Now that she’s Staffan’s wife, Saffi thought it would be happy-ever-after forever. And it was so…until one day, Staffan suddenly started being cold to her. 

Hoping to salvage their still-fragile marriage, Saffi invites her husband to a luxurious train vacation. It’s all or nothing for her, and if she doesn’t succeed in making Staffan love her again then maybe…maybe it’s time to accept that she and Staffan were never meant for each other.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND:
Staffan Aehrenthal is still very much a famous star, and still very much in love with his wife. However, because he wanted things to be perfect between him and his wife, he decided to do something (stupid) to make things special for them this time around.

 

Saffi March is undeniably crazy for her husband. However, because of changes she notices with how Staffan treats her, she starts doubting whether or not they really were meant for each other. As Staffan's number 1 fangirl, she believes that a real fangirl would always have Steffan’s best interests at heart...even if that means it would break her.

TO LOVE:

It's more of Saffi and Staffan! Is that not reason enough? But for those who wants me to explain further *sigh*, I think this is a great conclusion for them. It's short (which I'm not too happy about *scowl*) but sweet. They got the happily ever after they deserve, and they were blessed with another angel *wink*.

 

TO BLEH:

Once again...it was short! I don't keep the fact that this is one of my favorites a secret. And what Ms. Tee did was just mean. She dangled a Kentucky Fried Chicken right in front of my face, only to give me a bite but not the entire piece! It ended so soon. *curls up into a ball and cry*

SUMMARY:

This is a very short book, hence the pretty short summary. You can't NOT read this if you've read the other two books. "TO-READ" stamp for this, even though I'm still in pain from being deprived of more Staffan and Saffi.
